ABOUT THIS SCENE

The actual architecture.
The existing EPS system.

Converted locally from the architect’s Emerald Bay Revit Export 20260910.skp, with the original roof, terraces, pool, site geometry and material maps.

All nine August 17 EPS sheets are reconciled: 154 has eight structure-defense and five perimeter heads; 156 has five structure-defense heads. Overview symbols are not counted twice. Existing roof housings and perimeter assemblies retain their original scale; perimeter risers are six feet tall. Positions are registered to the September architect model and to their individual levels. The two architectural revisions differ at some terraces. Mount heights and undimensioned arc settings remain visualization assumptions.

Water uses the existing Blender launch velocities, wind, drag and particle sizes, with first-hit collisions recalculated against this property. Blue water improves visibility. The six-second sprinkler source sequence repeats at a slower presentation speed; this is a visualization, not a coverage certification.

Property lines are traced from the September site plans for 154 and 156. The lower beach cabana corresponds to building 120 in the supplied aerial. The neighboring houses and cliffside planting are approximate context aligned to the plan corners and cabana; the imported landscape extent does not define the lot. The fire sequence is an illustrative scenario: perimeter activation, structure activation, surrounding vegetation and neighboring structure fire, then clearing. Trees and shrubs shed windblown leaves, sparks, ash and smoke. Incoming embers arrive in irregular gusts, driven by a small horizontal fluid simulation with local vortices and separate vertical buoyancy. The proposed client building remains the original architect model.

EPS.1–EPS.9 / AUGUST 17, 2026

Every head has a plan reference.

18 unique stations. Inspect a head to reveal its level with a building cutaway. Perimeter risers: 6 ft. The September architecture differs from the August plan backgrounds; heights and undimensioned arcs require coordination.
